NYEC offers lessons for any person who wishes to become more talented and skilled at horseback riding in a variety of disciplines. The lessons are taught by professionally trained experienced and certified instructors, lessons are available to any person older than four years of age.
NYEC offers private lessons for Beginners in order to establish basic skills. Semi-private and group lessons available for families and groups with similar riding abilities. Lessons are a perfect way to learn horseback riding at your own pace (It’s never too late to start!). We have a variety of professionally trained instructors to accommodate all levels, discipline’s and schedules.
All beginners must take private lessons to start so they can build and learn the basics. Private lessons are great so you can learn at your own pace. Lessons are available seven days a week, scheduled at your convenience. Lessons can also be taught on the trails. Trail Lessons let you enjoy the best of both worlds.
Semi and Group lessons are also offered for groups of 2 or more. Ride with your friends or family and learn from each other as you are trained in a group. You must be at a similar level before you are able to ride in a semi or group. Instructor approval is required.

Lessons can also be had on any aspect of riding or caring for a horse for those wanting to learn how to groom, feed, bathe from basic horse care to the most intricate training, we have instructors and staff available to teach you on a one-on-one or group basis, with our horse or yours, proper horse care.
